We are looking for a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic Front Office Associate to join the team at Lingfield Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience from check-in through to departure. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
Welcoming guests and delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
Handling guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous manner
Processing reservations, payments, and daily reports accurately
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails promptly
Supporting other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Maintaining high standards of presentation within the Front Office area
Ensuring all Marriott brand standards and procedures are followed
What We Are Looking For
Previous customer service or hotel reception experience is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for hospitality
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Good IT skills and confidence using booking systems
