Company Overview
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Plant and Vehicle Marshal (Traffic Marshal) to join our team on the HS2 high-speed rail project in the Banbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities

Directing the movement of vehicles and plant machinery on site.

Ensuring safe access and egress for all site traffic.

Communicating clearly with site operatives, drivers, and plant operators.

Supporting the logistics and site management team as required.

Maintaining safety zones and ensuring pedestrian and traffic segregation.
Requirements

Valid CPCS A73 (Blue Card) - Plant and Vehicle Marshal

Previous experience working on a busy construction or engineering project.

Strong understanding of site safety practices and traffic management.

Valid UK Driving Licence - site is not easily accessible by public transport.

Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable

Additional tickets or certifications (e.g., CSCS, First Aid, Banksman)

Knowledge of HS2 project standards and procedures
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on site demands.
