The Leigh Institute invites applications for the strategic role of Apprenticeships Course Programme Lead. This is a high-impact leadership appointment designed for a professional dedicated to shaping the next generation of educators through innovative, work-based learning. The role will involve a combination of office working, remote working and field working within our partner schools.

You will spearhead the implementation and delivery of our expanding teaching pathway, utilising apprenticeship frameworks to provide a robust, progressive developmental route for those supporting and leading learning across the region.

This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence and system leadership.

Key areas of focus include

  • Overseeing our Level 3 and Level 5 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships, ensuring they seamlessly align with our enhanced teaching pathway.
  • Delivering a gold-standard experience centered around the rigorous and highly-regarded KMT curriculum.
  • Acting as a catalyst for change within a high-performing team, influencing regional educational standards and workforce development.

This is a full-time role offering leadership scale; however, we can offer 4 days per week for the right candidate.
