We are expanding our Clinical Skills team and are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Clinical Skills Trainer to support our South region. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders in Clinical Training & Development to help drive high standards of clinical practice across our Active care in the home and Case Management services.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing clinical capability, supporting colleagues, and ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding care.

What you'll be working

This is a full-time role, combining remote working with regular travel across the South region.

Monday - Friday

9.00 - 17.30

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver Clinical Skills training (Day 1 & Day 2) as part of a shared rota
  • Lead the clinical component of branch induction programmes for new starters
  • Deliver Bowel Management training Monthly
  • Facilitate engaging, hands-on clinical skills workshops across ACITH and Case Management teams
  • Conduct clinical observations within your region to support best practice
  • Review and quality assure competency assessments and knowledge documentation

What you'll have

We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing others and maintaining clinical excellence, with

  • Current NMC registration (essential)
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
  • Recent experience delivering clinical training within complex care settings (essential)
  • A training qualification or willingness to work towards one (desirable)
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organisational skills
  • A proactive, engaging, and supportive approach to learning and development
