We're currently supporting a number of secondary schools in Fareham who are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Student Cover Supervisors to support their classrooms on a flexible basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for university students or graduates looking to gain practical experience, earn alongside studies, and develop transferable skills in a professional school environment.

No teaching qualifications or classroom experience are needed to get started.

When teachers are absent, schools need confident individuals to supervise lessons and ensure students remain focused and engaged.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include

• Supervising classes across a range of subjects
• Delivering instructions and pre-set lesson tasks
• Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
• Supporting students to complete work independently
• Following school behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of lessons

You'll help provide consistency for students while gaining valuable experience yourself.
