As an IT Quality and Testing Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of software systems through structured testing processes. Your duties include designing and executing manual and automated test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and verifying fixes to maintain optimal performance. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to define acceptance criteria, testing standards, and quality benchmarks. Additionally, you’ll develop and maintain test environments, frameworks, and regression suites while ensuring compliance with company and client requirements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or Postman are essential. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies is preferred. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
