About this role
As a Supported Living Care Worker, your role will be diverse to each client within out Extra Care Scheme. You will be responsible for establishing a professional client relationship, providing life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives, within their own homes, throughout the waking night shift.
Care Sante are recruiting for a Care Assistant to join our team based in our extra care scheme at Harriet Hardy Walworth, London.
Harriet Hardy is a supported living scheme where our Care Workers provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives.
We currently have a 2 position available
- 16 hours per week minimum, including working alternative weekends.
- shifts pattern Monday, Friday and Sunday specifically
7am - 9pm

Job Description
- Supporting service users with onsite visits to our restaurant, hairdressers and shops.
- Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
- Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
- Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
- Support with administrating medication.
- Our care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
- Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care
Requirements
- Have a right to work within the UK
- No previous experience is necessary but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care
