We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrician / Engineer to work at a high-profile commercial office site in Central London. This is a long-term temporary role covering sickness, offering strong continuity of work.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm (40 hours per week)
About the role
You will be responsible for delivering both electrical and general building maintenance across a busy corporate site, ensuring all systems are safe, compliant and fully operational.
Key responsibilities
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Responding to reactive maintenance issues
Electrical fault finding and repairs
Supporting general building maintenance tasks (multi-skilled)
Monitoring and maintaining building systems
Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations
Requirements
Qualified Electrician (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
Confident using fire alarm panels (essential)
Experience within commercial office environments preferred
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Reliable and professional approach
