Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Crew Member / Sales Assistant to support the smooth running of our restaurant. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring every customer enjoys a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers, take accurate orders, and process payments

Promote menu items and upsell daily specials

Prepare and package takeaway orders efficiently

Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic service area

Support both front-of-house and kitchen operations as required

Handle customer queries and ensure a positive experience

Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or retail is preferred but not essential

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
