Our client in North London which is part of a chain of over 50 nurseries is seeking a confident and experienced L2/3 for their lively nursery. Offering career progression, training and a great place for the children to thrive.

THE ROLE & BRIEF DESCRIPTION

OF DUTIES

Your Role as a Change-Maker As our Nursery Manager, you will

Inspire Excellence

Lead a high-performing team of Educators to deliver our bespoke Pedagogy. ·

Use your expertise to ensure the nursery is "Outstandingly Outstanding."

Experience

At least 2 years as a Nursery Manager (experience with large or multi-sites is a huge plus).

Qualifications

Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification.

·

Mindset

A "people person" who excels at hiring, retaining and coaching top talent.

·

Knowledge

Deep understanding of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, commercial awareness and safeguarding.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· A level 3 qualified or above

· Strong Leadership and experience in managing a nursery

· Strong verbal and writing communication skills

Must be a level 3 or above with English GCSE
