A supportive and well-established Primary School in West London is seeking a Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September. The school provides a calm, organised Nursery setting with clear routines and a strong focus on child development.

The Role

Supporting children within a Nursery class

Assisting with play-based and structured learning activities

Supporting communication, language and early development

Helping maintain consistent routines and behaviour

Working closely with teachers and Early Years staff

Who This Role Suits

Early Years practitioners

Level 3 or experienced Teaching Assistants

Support staff with Nursery experience

Individuals passionate about working with young children

Requirements

Experience working within Nursery or EYFS

Strong communication skills

Understanding of early development

Commitment to safeguarding

Enhanced DBS on update service (or willingness to obtain one)
