EYFS BSL Teaching Assistant

EYFS Teacher / Early Years Educator - BSL - Central London - Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for an experienced EYFS Teacher or Early Years Educator to join a school in Central London on a short-term basis, with an immediate start required.

This role has arisen due to unexpected staff absence, and the school is looking for a strong candidate who can step in quickly and provide stability within the EYFS setting.

The Role

You will be working within an EYFS class (Nursery/Reception), delivering engaging and structured learning while supporting the development of young learners. This is a full-time role for a minimum of 4 weeks, with the potential to be extended.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching within an EYFS setting
• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
• Maintain a structured and positive classroom environment
• Work closely with support staff and the wider school team
• Ensure consistency and continuity for pupils during staff absence

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience teaching or working within Early Years (Nursery or Reception)
• BSL Level 2 (minimum)
• Confident managing a full class independently
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework
• Adaptable, reliable, and able to start immediately
