Your new company

Your new company are a small independent Lloyds Broker that provides advisory, placement and strategic support across a variety of classes to include commercial insurance, employee benefits, PV, Casualty and risk management on a Worldwide basis, to also include the greater Middle East. Their London office provides in-house strategic reinsurance support for their retail offices, group concerns, and network affiliations. Your new Broker focusses on 'one on one' global corporate relationships, as well as supporting their parent company's market relationships with their peers and working partners. Due to expansion in their London office, a role for a Political Violence Broker has arisen to join their growing team.

Your new role

Your new role as a Political Violence Broker means that you will be responsible for Broking all Political Violence and related risks into Lloyd's and Company markets. You liaise extensively with the Lloyd's and Company markets as well as being the pivotal go to person for PV and related risks.

Other duties will include producing your own MRC slips and market presentations. This role will be working in a small team, so you must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision. This is an exciting new opportunity for someone who has experience within the PV and Terrorism area.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you must have Broking experience in the Lloyd's of London Market, along with strong technical knowledge of Political Violence business. MRC slip production is essential. You will also take a proactive and professional approach to relationship management and client service, consistently working to deliver a high-quality experience for both clients and market partners.
