About the role
As Aspirations and Achievements Officer, you will work with students across Years 7 to 11, organising events, guidance sessions and external engagement to support future planning.
We're looking for a dedicated candidate to
- Deliver careers guidance and aspiration activities
- Coordinate employer and provider engagement
- Support students with post 16 transition planning
Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have
- Experience in careers education or youth guidance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience working with secondary aged students
