Support students in Years 7 to 11 by coordinating careers guidance activities, employer engagement and post 16 planning to help pupils make informed decisions about their futures.

About the role

As Aspirations and Achievements Officer, you will work with students across Years 7 to 11, organising events, guidance sessions and external engagement to support future planning.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to

  • Deliver careers guidance and aspiration activities
  • Coordinate employer and provider engagement
  • Support students with post 16 transition planning

Requirements -

The ideal candidate would have

  • Experience in careers education or youth guidance
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working with secondary aged students
