We are delighted to offer the opportunity for Band 4 Anticoagulation Assistant Practitioner.
The Anticoagulation Assistant practitioner will co-ordinate and support the anticoagulation team to ensure excellent service is provided to all patients and service users.
Key areas of responsibility will be assisting in the smooth running of the Anticoagulation clinic which includes point of care (POC) near testing for patients as well as providing administrative support. The post holder should have a confident and professional attitude, good telephone manner, word processing skills and be able to use/learn clinical programmes (RAID/DAWN, Cerner). They must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
