About this role
A Warehouse Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to warehouse operations, order status, shipments, returns, and delivery issues. The role ensures smooth communication between customers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to maintain high service quality and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding orders, shipments, and deliveries
Track and provide updates on order status using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve missing, delayed, or damaged shipments
Process returns, replacements, and refunds according to company policies
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order issues
Assist in resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
Communicate with logistics and courier partners for delivery updates
Support inventory checks and order verification when required
Prepare reports on customer issues and recurring warehouse problems
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred in some companies)
Experience in customer service, warehouse, or logistics (1–2 years preferred)
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and shipping processes
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or MS Office is an advantage
