Mon–Thu 8am–5pm | Fri 8am–12pm (37.5 hrs/week)

We’re searching for a skilled, detail-driven Assembly Operative (Fitting Annexe) to join our precision fitting team and contribute to the build of mission-critical components. What You’ll Be Doing as an Assembly Operative (Fitting Annexe)
Assemble and inspect precision aerospace components and sub-assemblies
Work in a specialist annex where complex assemblies for ejection seats are built and quality-checked
Interpret detailed engineering drawings and follow accurate build instructions
Use hand tools, gauges, and inspection equipment with precision
Adhere to strict aerospace quality, safety, and traceability standards
Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians to meet production deadlines
The ideal candidate
Experience in assembly, mechanical fitting, or precision manufacturing
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Skilled with hand tools and measurement devices
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, proactive, and eager to develop within a specialist engineering environment
