Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to lead the sales of complex technology solutions across multiple markets.

This is a senior role requiring strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing enterprise clients, and aligning technical solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of complex technology solutions to enterprise clients

Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates

Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals

Provide first-level technical support during the sales process

Lead and guide sales teams to achieve business targets

Represent the organisation at events, conferences, and exhibitions

Travel internationally (30–40%) for client engagement and business development

Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in technical or solutions sales

Proven track record of selling complex products/services

Strong experience with CRM tools

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills

Leadership experience with the ability to influence teams

Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and client engagement

Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
