Greener Ealing Ltd (GEL) provides high-quality Waste Collection, Street Cleansing, Grounds Maintenance and other environmental services for our customers, the London Borough of Ealing, its residents, and other service users.
Due to our continued success, a fantastic opportunity has now arisen in our Waste Collections department.
As the Operations Manager (Waste
Collections) your duties will include
Being responsible for all issues within the Waste Collections service area.
Delivering the Waste Collections Service in line with KPI’s and company expectations.
Leading and directing operational staff to provide an efficient, effective and safe service.
Essential Requirements
Strong leadership and team management skills.
A current full UK Driving licence or equivalent.
Extensive experience of working in waste/environmental services industry.
Experience of Managing budgets, staffing levels and resources efficiently
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Please be aware that you may be required to work some unsociable hours including weekend working.
We offer
£50,000 – £55,000 per annum
40 hours per week
