Steel Supervisor – Immediate Start

DocuTalent Ltd is recruiting experienced Steel Supervisors for major construction projects in London.

Responsibilities

* Supervise steel erection activities on-site (working or non-working)

* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures

* Coordinate with site managers, engineers and operatives

* Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met

* Maintain high standards of quality and compliance

* Conduct toolbox talks and support H&S implementation

Requirements

* Right to work in the UK

* Previous experience in a supervisory role (working or non-working)

* Strong knowledge of steel erection methods and site safety

* SMSTS or SSSTS certification

* Gold CSCS Card (Supervisor level)

* Ability to lead teams and manage site operations effectively
