Learning Support Assistant

Zest Education are in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in Southwest London. Our client will be seeking Learning Support Assistants to join their team for September 2026.

This is a mainstream secondary school boasting excellent academic results, good overall behaviour and a supportive, welcoming team. (Genuinely)

This position will involve supporting secondary-age students aged 11 to 16 with their academic studies. Studies may have a wide variety of learning difficulties (SEN) so we are open to candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds.

· Hours - 8.30 to 4pm Monday to Friday

· Location - Merton, SW London

· Parking on site, easily accessible via public transport

· Pay - £92.63 to £115 per day

Who are we looking for?

· We are happy to consider those with experience in primary, SEN or Secondary schools

· Transferable skills in roles such as coaching, summer camps, tutoring, or care

· Graduates who are keen to embark on a career within education

· People who are considering a teaching career and would like to build experience
