Learning Support Assistant

Zest Education are in partnership with a small secondary school in Lambeth, London. Our client will be seeking Learning Support Assistants to join their team for September 2026.

This position will involve supporting secondary-age students aged 11 to 16 with their academic studies. Studies may have a wide variety of learning difficulties (SEN) so we are open to candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds.

• Hours - 8.30 to 4pm Monday to Friday
• Location - Lambeth, South London
• Easily accessible via public transport
• Pay - £92.63 to £110 per day

Who are we looking for?

• We are happy to consider those with experience in primary, SEN or Secondary schools
• Transferable skills in roles such as coaching, summer camps, tutoring, or care
• Graduates who are keen to embark on a career within education
• People who are considering a teaching career and would like to build experience
