We are currently recruiting for a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and well-resourced nursery and early years setting in Harrow. As a

Nursery Practitioner you will

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS activities
• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating early years environment
• Observe, assess and record children's development and progress
• Encourage outdoor learning, exploration and play-based learning
• Support children's social, emotional and communication development
• Work collaboratively with early years staff to deliver outstanding provision
• Act as a positive role model within the nursery setting

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) (essential)
• Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or EYFS setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to early years education
