Role Responsibilities

-Performing scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

-Diagnosing faults and fixing issues quickly to prevent disruptions

-Responding to urgent repairs and troubleshooting on-site problem.

-Monitoring systems using Building Management Systems (BMS) and ensuring safety procedures are followed

Required Qualifications

-Proven experience in maintaining building systems across mechanical and electrical disciplines

-Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently

-Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance standards

-Willingness to be on-call for emergency responses approximately once every four weeks
