Are you a dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking for a flexible part-time role in East Ham? We are seeking a passionate and reliable individual to join our professional team. Main Responsibilities
Early Years Support
Assist in delivering a high standard of care and education in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
Child Engagement
Facilitate creative and stimulating play-based learning activities.
Health & Safety
Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment for all children at all times.
Teamwork
Work collaboratively with the staff team to maintain Ofsted standards and nursery policies.
Observation
Assist with light observations and tracking children's progress during the mid-day session.
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Qualification in Childcare / Early Years (Essential).
Experience
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Knowledge
A solid understanding of Safeguarding procedures and child development.
Skills
Strong communication skills, a "can-do" attitude, and a genuine passion for childcare.
Compliance
Must have (or be willing to undergo) an Enhanced DBS check.
