This role is perfect for Sports Graduates, Psychology Graduates, or individuals with hands‑on experience supporting pupils with Autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

Providing 1

1 and small‑group support for pupils with Autism and complex needs

  • Supporting communication using visual aids, modelling language, or structured routines
  • Assisting with sensory regulation, emotional wellbeing and behaviour support
  • Helping pupils access learning through tailored strategies and personalised plans
  • Implementing EHCP targets and recording progress
  • Supporting transitions, classroom routines and daily activities
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
  • Creating a safe, consistent and encouraging environment for every child

What We're Looking For

  • Sports or Psychology Graduate, or experienced SEN practitioner
  • DBS on the Update Service (essential)
  • Genuine passion for SEN, Autism and complex needs
  • Reliable, enthusiastic and ready to start ASAP
  • Someone who brings energy, empathy and resilience to the role
