We are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in London after the Easter half term.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and play a key role in helping them access education and reach their full potential.

The Role

As an LSA, you will

Support children with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties

Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who

Has experience working with children or young people (school, care or youth settings)

Has strong communication and behaviour management skills

Experience working within SEN schools or mainstream settings with SEN pupils is highly desirable.
