What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting students with a diverse range of behavioural and pastoral needs
  • Planning and delivering targeted interventions to promote positive choices
  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral leads on behaviour strategies
  • Tracking student progress and adapting support for maximum impact
  • Acting as a positive daily role model in and out of the classroom
