What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students with a diverse range of behavioural and pastoral needs
- Planning and delivering targeted interventions to promote positive choices
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral leads on behaviour strategies
- Tracking student progress and adapting support for maximum impact
- Acting as a positive daily role model in and out of the classroom
