We’re looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join a prestigious corporate banking environment in the Central London.

Job Description

This is a highly visible, front-facing role where you’ll act as the “face” of the workplace - creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for colleagues and visitors alike.​

It’s a varied, hands-on position combining workplace hosting, front of house, move coordination, and day-to-day workplace support. You’ll be active throughout the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly across a busy corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional front of house and workplace experience

Act as the main point of contact for colleagues and visitors

Carry out regular floor walks to ensure a clean, safe, and well-presented environment

Set up and maintain meeting rooms, including basic AV/IT support

Monitor meeting room usage and support daily workspace planning

Coordinate post, deliveries, and internal distribution with relevant teams

Support internal office moves and workspace changes

Assist with events and occasional evening hospitality support

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in workplace, facilities, or floor coordination is an advantage

Strong customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or corporate)

Confident, professional, and comfortable in a front-facing role

Energetic and proactive, happy to be on your feet throughout the day

Basic understanding of AV/IT in meeting rooms (or willingness to learn)

Candidate must be able to pass BPSS clearance (lived & worked in the UK for last 5 years)
