What Our Client Is Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years - essential
• Experience working within an early years or childcare setting
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework
• A warm, caring and child-centred approach
• Reliable, enthusiastic and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deliver child-led activities and experiences in line with the EYFS framework
• Act as a key person for an allocated group of children, building warm and consistent relationships
• Observe, assess and document children's learning and development accurately
• Support children's individual needs, interests and next steps in a nurturing and thoughtful way
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment throughout the setting
• Communicate positively and openly with parents and families on a daily basis
• Work as part of a supportive team to uphold the nursery's high standards of care
