What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing, implementing and evaluating whole-school SEND strategy
  • Leading and inspiring LSAs, TAs and teachers in adaptive practice
  • Overseeing EHCPs, provision mapping, and statutory responsibilities
  • Delivering bespoke interventions and high-impact pupil support plans
  • Building partnerships with parents, external agencies, therapists, and governors
  • Monitoring outcomes with precise SEND data to inform next steps
  • Advocating relentlessly for pupil voice and personalised learning
