What You'll Be Doing
- Designing, implementing and evaluating whole-school SEND strategy
- Leading and inspiring LSAs, TAs and teachers in adaptive practice
- Overseeing EHCPs, provision mapping, and statutory responsibilities
- Delivering bespoke interventions and high-impact pupil support plans
- Building partnerships with parents, external agencies, therapists, and governors
- Monitoring outcomes with precise SEND data to inform next steps
- Advocating relentlessly for pupil voice and personalised learning

- UK-trained, with QTS and National Award for SEND Coordination (or willingness)
