About the Role

The Marketing & Communications Executive will support the delivery of high-quality marketing and communications activity across a cluster of Blenheim Schools.

This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, school communications and campaign support, ensuring schools are visible, well-presented and supported in line with group brand standards and admissions priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Consistent, high-quality delivery of marketing and communications activity across assigned schools

Clear, accurate and timely school communications

Positive feedback from Marketing Managers and school leadership teams

Effective support of campaigns and admissions activity

Strong adherence to brand standards and messaging

Experience

Essential

Experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within education, multi-site or service-based organisations.

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience creating content for digital and print channels.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.

Willingness to travel regularly to school sites.

Desirable

Experience supporting schools or education-related organisations.

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics.

Experience working within brand guidelines.

Basic design or content creation skills (e.g. Canva or similar).

Experience working in a growing or newly acquired organisation
