Distribution Support Executive

Join us as a Distribution Support Executive, where you'll be the go to expert keeping our hotel systems connected, optimised, and performing at their best.
You'll provide first-line support for connectivity issues across EMMA CRS and our Channel Manager, tackling everything from rate parity challenges and overbookings to failed messages and system outages. Your work directly impacts hotel visibility, bookings, and revenue across all distribution channels.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who loves troubleshooting, digging into root causes, and making things work better.

What you'll be doing
- Resolving connectivity issues for Revenue, Customer Service, Rooms, M&E and OTA distribution
- Managing and prioritising support tickets and system outages
- Configuring and maintaining rate plans, room types, and mappings across all channels
- Supporting hotel onboarding and new system implementations
- Investigating failed messages and liaising with external partners (RHG, Oracle, OTAs)
- Maintaining brand standards, system access, SOPs, and accurate hotel & events content
- Working closely with PPHE teams and Radisson Hotel Group stakeholders
About you
- Strong technical aptitude and a curiosity to understand why things break
- Confidence troubleshooting complex system issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset and love for continuous improvement
