A vacancy has arisen within the Therapy Team at St Helier Hospital for an experienced neuro physiotherapist to join us on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. If you have strong experience in neurological rehabilitation with an interest in trauma and are seeking a new challenge, we would welcome your application.
You will work closely with a friendly, supportive MDT to provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation for patients with neurological impairment and injury admitted to St Helier. The role also supports patients in navigating their rehabilitation and discharge pathways.
The role co-leads and develops a high‑quality neuro‑rehabilitation service for adults with neurological impairment or injury at St Helier Hospital.
Core responsibilities include
- Providing specialist neuro‑rehabilitation assessment and intervention for adults admitted with neurological conditions/ injury .
- Leading the coordination and delivery of the neuro‑rehabilitation pathway, ensuring timely, safe and effective patient flow.
- Working collaboratively with acute and community partners to support seamless transitions of care and optimise rehabilitation outcomes.
