  • Collaborate closely with the salon team to consistently deliver and uphold an exceptional standard of client service.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop team members through performance reviews, coaching sessions, and regular team meetings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead sales initiatives and manage daily shop operations while overseeing and supporting a team of Beauty Therapists and hairdressers.
  • Address client complaints swiftly and confidentially, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance departmental profitability and implement improvements where feasible.
  • Foster positive employee relations by maintaining open and effective communication within the team.
  • Implement ongoing skills development programs and actively participate in departmental training sessions to ensure up-to-date expertise.
  • Oversee and enforce Health and Safety compliance to maintain a secure working environment.
