About the role

You'll deliver holistic, one-to-one care. As a Children's Nurse, you'll be part of an ambitious and supportive team, delivering specialist treatments and building meaningful relationships with children and their families across West London and the surrounding regional area.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality, tailored nursing care to children in their homes.
• Administer specialist treatments including IV therapies, growth hormone, and biologics for conditions such as juvenile arthritis, Crohn's disease, and psoriasis.
• Manage your own daily caseload, ensuring accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
• Maintain clinical competency and stay up to date with best practices.
• Travel regionally to visit patients (a full UK driving licence is essential).
