The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to support a prestigious high-profile corporate office environment in Central London.
This is a front-of-house position where professionalism, presentation, and communication skills are critical. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the business at the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage front-of-house reception duties
Operate and manage a busy switchboard
Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings
Ensure all visitor processes and procedures are followed
Provide general administrative and customer service support
Requirements
Previous experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
