Responsibilities

• Safely guide and assist with the operation of two cranes on-site.
• Communicate effectively with crane operators to ensure precise and secure lifting operations.
• Inspect and maintain lifting equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the site team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Identify and report any potential hazards or issues to the site supervisor.

Qualifications

• Valid Blue CPCS card (essential).
• Proven experience as a Slinger in a construction environment.
• Strong understanding of crane operations and lifting techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive approach to health and safety.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Day-to-Day

• Start each day with a safety briefing and equipment check.
