What You'll Be Doing

Strategically coordinate inclusive SEND provision for a thriving, diverse cohort
Lead and inspire teaching assistants, support staff, and class teachers
Design, implement, and monitor high-impact interventions
Liaise with external agencies to maximise pupil outcomes
Champion whole-school SEND training and upskilling
Uphold statutory compliance, including EHCP reviews and family liaison

Ideal

SENCO for this Hounslow School

Qualified SENCO (or on NASENCO pathway), UK-trained essential
Robust experience/strong track record in mainstream or specialist SEND settings
Inspirational, data-driven, and relentless in pursuit of inclusion
