Early Years Practitioner

You will play a key role in supporting children aged 0–4 years during their most formative stage of development. You will work closely with colleagues to provide a calm, secure and stimulating environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and emotional security.

Main key responsibilities are

 Act as a key person, building secure attachments with babies and their families

 Plan and implement age-appropriate experiences in line with the EYFS

 Follow respectful care routines

 Support children’s physical, emotional and cognitive development

 Maintain accurate observations and assessments

 Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures are consistently followed

 Work collaboratively as part of a professional team

 Contribute to creating an engaging, enabling environment
