We are offering a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship at a friendly nursery

This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn, gain practical nursery experience and work towards a nationally recognised childcare qualification.

You will be supported by an experienced nursery team, including a dedicated in-setting mentor and professional training coaches.

No previous nursery experience is required – just enthusiasm, reliability and a passion for working with children.

What You Will Do

Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities

Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment

Assist with daily routines including learning, meals and playtime

Work as part of the nursery team while promoting safeguarding and diversity

Participate in training, including Paediatric First Aid where required

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must

Hold GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above, or Functional Skills Level 2

Have lived in the UK for at least 3 years due to apprenticeship funding rules

Training and Career Development

Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification

Online remote learning sessions

One-to-one in-nursery mentor support

Ongoing professional development opportunities

Successful apprentices may be offered permanent employment upon completion of the programme.
