SOUS CHEF

London N22 | £20 per hour | Full-time (40 hrs/week - Monday to Friday term-time only)

craft skills to help us create an outstanding food offer at our school site in North London N22.

The Sous Chef will support the successful operation of the site by working closely with the Chef Manager,to support the culinary

operations within the school. The role involves ensuring exceptional food preparation standards, maintaining strict hygiene and

sanitation practices, and providing an excellent level of service to the company’s clients and customers.

* Have excellent craft skills with experience of working in hospitality/events

* Demonstrate high standards of cleanliness, consistently maintaining a tidy, organised workspace

* Have good communication skills at all levels

* Have previous experience of ordering and controlling food costs

* Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail

* Have a comprehensive understanding of managing allergens

* Be self-motivated with a high attention to detail
