Looking for a SEND role where you can take ownership of a small-group provision and make a real impact?

A supportive and inclusive Primary School in Greenford is seeking a SEND Intervention Lead to join their team from September. The role involves leading a small-group provision within the school for pupils with higher-level needs, working closely with the SENCo and wider team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong SEND experience looking to step into a more senior support role.

SEND Intervention Lead - The Role

Leading a small-group SEND provision within a mainstream school

Supporting 4-5 pupils with higher-level needs

Planning and delivering tailored learning activities

Working closely with the SENCo on targets and provision

Supporting behaviour, communication and engagement

Adapting approaches based on pupil needs

Staff from specialist or SEN school settings

Support staff looking to progress into leadership-style roles

Individuals confident managing small groups independently

Requirements

Experience working with pupils with additional needs

Confidence leading interventions or small group work

Strong behaviour and communication strategies

Ability to work proactively and independently

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
