Assessment and feedback

• Supports pupils with SEND, EAL, and varying abilities
• Promotes an inclusive and respectful classroom environment

Communication and teamwork

• Works collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Open to feedback and mentoring

Professionalism and organisation

• Manages time and workload effectively
• Meets deadlines and maintains accurate records
