The company works with private clients, landlords, and contractors, delivering high-quality building services across Greater London.

Due to continued growth and expansion of our client base, we require a dedicated Marketing and Advertising Officer to support structured business development, improve brand visibility, and manage consistent lead generation across digital and offline channels.

The Marketing and Advertising Officer will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies that support the company’s growth objectives. The role is essential to ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities and strengthening the company’s presence within the highly competitive London construction market.

This is a genuine vacancy created to meet increasing operational demand and is not a speculative or non-essential role.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies aligned with business objectives

* Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including website content, SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media platforms

* Create and oversee advertising campaigns targeting property developers, landlords, and commercial clients

* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and industry trends

* Coordinate branding and promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and project portfolios

* Liaise with external agencies, designers, and media partners where required

* Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reports using analytics tools

* Support tender submissions and business development activities with marketing materials

* Maintain and update the company’s website and online presence

* Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant advertising standards and data protection regulations

* Assist in building long-term client relationships through targeted campaigns and communications

Skills and Experience Required

* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

* Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or business development

* Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media)

* Strong understanding of branding and lead generation strategies

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms

* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies

* Strong organisational and project management skills

Desirable Criteria

* Experience within the construction, property, or real estate sector

* Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies

* Experience supporting tendering or contract acquisition processes
