Action Staffing Ltd is recruiting for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant and well-established team in Orpington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Practitioner to work in a supportive environment that prioritizes child development and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities & Keywords
Learning & Development
Support children’s learning journeys through creative, play-based activities following the EYFS framework.
Key Person Duties
Act as a dedicated Key Person, conducting regular observations, assessments, and tracking developmental milestones.
Environment
Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
Partnership
Build strong relationships with parents and carers to provide daily feedback and support each child's growth.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or Level 2) in Childcare / Early Years Education.
Experience
Previous experience working in a UK nursery or preschool setting.
Skills
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for working with children under five.
Location
Ideally based in or able to commute to Green Street Green / Orpington (BR6).
