About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (3+ years) with a strong understanding of product development and a passion for working closely with cross-functional teams. This role sits within the Product & Engineering function, focusing on backlog management, ticket estimation, and translating business needs into actionable development requirements.
You will play a key role in planning upcoming sprints, writing clear user stories, and ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple departments including DevOps, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Support.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering teams to estimate tickets and manage workflow effectively
Plan and prepare workstreams 2–3 sprints in advance to maintain structured delivery
Identify opportunities for product improvements and propose actionable solutions
Write clear, concise, and user-focused stories for development teams
Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritise features
Support successful product launches through effective coordination and planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Data Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Support
Contribute to product innovation initiatives, including new feature development and enhancements
Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
About You
The ideal candidate is confident, analytical, and proactive, with a strong ability to bring structure and insight into a fast-paced technology environment.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Solid understanding of product development and working within product teams
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Ability to write effective user stories with a clear end-user perspective
Methodical, organised, and detail-oriented approach
Comfortable supporting team objectives and performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results
