Marylebone Services are looking for a full time, permanent, room-based Deputy Manager to join a unique childcare setting where children are encouraged to develop at their own pace through play, discovery and meaningful relationships.

As a Deputy Manager you will be tasked with
- You will role model and promote the setting’s philosophy and ethos
- You will bring your energy and creativity to the role
- You will be the children’s guide and encourage child-led, play-based learning
- You will support the Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and compliance with EYFS framework
- You will lead a team of professional workers and ensure good practice at all times
What we are looking for in our ideal
Deputy Manager
- A minimum of Early Years Level 3 qualification is essential
- Previous Key working experience (Deputy Manager, Third in Charge, or Room Leader) in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting in the UK
- Management Qualification

Essential training
Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Computer Literate
