We are working in partnership with a wide network of mainstream primary schools across Merton and surrounding areas, supporting them with the recruitment of permanent teaching staff for September 2026.
We are recruiting across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, with a variety of opportunities available.
The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SLT, and wider school staff
- Differentiate teaching to meet a range of abilities, including pupils with SEN
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Who We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- ECTs are welcome to apply
- Experience in a primary school setting (placements accepted for ECTs
