Job description
We’re looking for an organised, confident, and motivated Apprentice Administrator to join our team in London. This role is a Hybrid role you will be in the office 2/3 days a week.
This is a great opportunity to start your career in a professional services environment, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.
About the Role
This is a front of house position, where you will be the first point of contact for the business, supporting both clients and the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include
Handling incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Managing and distributing post
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
Assisting with inbox management and client enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and systems

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Confident speaking on the phone
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Willingness to learn and develop
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office / email systems)
What You’ll Gain

To become an apprentice, you must
Be 16 or over
Not already be in full-time education
As an apprentice you’ll
Complete a business administration apprenticeship standard
Have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace
Learn and train for a specific job
Get paid and receive holiday leave
Get hands-on experience in a real job
Study for at least 20% of your working hours
Complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship
Be on a career path with lots of future potential

Future Prospects
This is initially a fixed term apprenticeship position, however we are hopeful that for the right candidate this would lead onto a permanent position.
